Dominique is an independent composer and pianist from the beautiful city of Nîmes in Southern France. A featured artist on MusicNotes.com, he wrote the soundtrack for the award-winning movie The Cakemaker, has composed music for several video games, and has released two EPs and two albums of music for solo piano. Buda is taken from the most recent of these, Réminiscence. Buda is a classic waltz in the vein of Yann Tiersen with an utterly exquisite opening melody. If you enjoy playing Buda, you will love its twin, Pest, also available on Réminiscence.
