Hey!blau Records, of which Miniatures is the third and features artwork by Upright favourite Alice Baldwin. Gone To Pieces is one of those pieces that immediately grabs your attention and doesn’t let go: right from the opening melody you feel your heart captivated by its beauty. The gorgeous syncopated second theme in bar 9 is an utter joy, and the inverted return of the opening theme in bar 17 is perfection itself. I really love this piece!
